2. Booking & Scheduling

• Services must be booked in advance through call or online platform

• Customers must provide accurate address and service details

• Any changes in schedule should be informed at least 4 hours prior

3. Payments

• Service charges must be paid as per the agreed pricing

• Payment can be made via online or cash (as applicable)

• Any additional services requested will be charged separately

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation if done at least 4 hours before the scheduled service

• Late cancellations may attract charges

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time

• Provide basic utilities like water and electricity

• Secure valuable or fragile items before service

6. Service Limitations

• TryCleanzo is not responsible for pre-existing damages

• Deep stains or permanent damage may not be fully removable

• Service time may vary depending on condition and size of area

7. Liability

• While we take utmost care, TryCleanzo is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service

8. Refund & Re-service

• Refunds and re-services will be handled as per our Refund Policy

• Customer information is kept secure and used only for service purposes
