1. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will review the issue and may offer a re-service to resolve it.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Service was not delivered as promised

• Major service failure from our side

• Booking was cancelled by TryCleanzo

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

• The issue is reported after 24 hours

• Customer is unavailable at the scheduled time

• Service is completed as per agreed scope

4. Cancellation Policy

• Before service: Full refund (if cancelled at least 4 hours prior)

• Last-minute cancellation: Partial or no refund may apply

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
